Adult Education
 The Center for Christian Studies is FAPC’s outstanding Adult Education ministry. Every term we offer over 15 courses covering disciplines like practical theology, Bible study, spirituality and church history. Additionally, our curriculum committee meets throughout the year to assemble thoughtful classes addressing the contemporary questions and issues of the day. Many of our instructors are homegrown but we also host visiting scholars and lecturers such as Marilynne Robinson, Walter Bruggemann, Manute Bol (on Darfur), Abigail Disney and A.J. Jacobs. CCS is not just about teaching and transmitting information. Together, we’re seeking to be involved in God’s deeper work of transforming our minds, our hearts, our community and our world. Curious?
