The Small Group Ministry (SGM) is one of the fastest growing facets of Next. SGM provides an intimate setting for people to build friendships while openly sharing ideas about our beliefs as individuals and as a
community. SGM encourages questions and
participation from everyone, no matter where they are in their journey of faith.

SGM creates groups of six to twelve people who meet once a week in the evenings for four to six months. There is also a Wednesday group for urban professionals that meets at 7:00 am. The meetings include in-depth
discussion, prayer, and interaction on topics relevant to living out an authentic life. Each group has the opportunity to delve in to tough issues facing people our age, while having the ability to go deeper in

conversation with a close-knit group. The themes for discussion range from biblical study to women’s and men’s groups, Christian author reviews and modern secular issues.

• Small Groups Sign-Ups - Next Ministries Small Groups for 20s/30s include a wide range of topics for the fall. Women of the Bible (a Women's group), and a study on the book of Galatians will be meeting on Tuesday nights. Wired Word (a topical study) and a study on the Gnostic Gospels will meet Wednesday nights. Up@7 for urban professionals will be meeting on Wednesday mornings at 7:00 am. And Finding God in the Sermon will be meeting on Saturday mornings at 10:00 am.
