Focus of Next is FAPC’s large group fellowship of men
and women in their 20’s and 30’s committed to
developing a sense of belonging and growth within our
community of faith. We meet weekly on Sundays
following the 11:15 am service for an engaging discussion
of topics pertinent to living out and deepening our faith.
In a city of unlimited options, this is the place for urban
dwellers in their 20’s and 30’s who yearn for an outlet that
allows us to focus!
EVENTS
Social outings and city adventures allow young adults
to serve God and support each other, while exploring
all NYC has to offer. We also recognize the need to
take a break from the big city, so Next hosts annual
fall and spring retreats which provide Christ-centered

• Focus of Next Meeting - Sunday, October 5 - In the words of the cheerful prophet Jeremiah, “O Lord, you deceived me...Cursed be the day I was born!” This afternoon, Focus of Next will be
looking at prayer, both internally and externally, as well as the power of prayer, whose prayer, and what prayer is about. Does God mute us if we don’t pray properly? Find out at Focus of Next, meeting downstairs in the Christian Education Center following today’s 11:15 service.
