Lenten Spiritual Practice: Christian Mindfulness

  • Audio for this sermon will be available on Monday.

How can mindfulness and self-compassion deepen Christian spirituality? Mindfulness has been closely linked to reduced stress, greater ease when dealing with anxiety and chronic pain, increases in life satisfaction and wellbeing. When integrated with our Christian journey, mindfulness becomes a way to practice the presence of God in all these dimensions of our lives. In this webinar, we’ll take a brief look at the science and benefits of mindfulness.
