Lenten Spiritual Practice of Mindfulness: Virtual Community Group

  • Audio for this sermon will be available on Monday.

In this introductory 4-week community group (March 10, 17, 31, April 7 at 7:30 pm on Zoom), we’ll take a closer look at foundational mindfulness skills, explore how they can enrich our faith lives, and then start to practice them together. Throughout, we’ll bring in Scripture, Presbyterian theology, and spiritual practices to help nurture a closer walk with God. Come learn some core skills and how to hold your life with greater ease, compassion, and faith.
