Fifth Avenue’s Theatre Fellowship presents a staged reading of Noël Coward’s 1960 play, Waiting in the Wings. Tickets are complimentary for Fifth Avenue members and friends, but reservations are requested.

Theatre Fellowship performed this play—a dramatic comedy set in a home for retired actresses—online during the pandemic shutdown in March 2021. Many of the same actors return for a reprise, once again directed by Catherine Ann Taylor and produced by Phyllis Cox.

This performance is part of a series of three staged readings by the Theatre Fellowship on three consecutive days. Its “Laughter and Tears” weekend also includes performances of Robert Harling’s Steel Magnolias on Friday evening, Nov. 11, and A.R. Gurney’s Ancestral Voices on Saturday evening, Nov. 12.
